Ravzen Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using Ravzen, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app, website, or subscription features.

Ravzen provides hydration reminders, water intake tracking, wellness insights, and related health and fitness features for general informational use. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health-related decisions.

Ravzen may offer premium water tracking features through auto-renewable in-app purchase subscriptions. Subscription details, including the price, billing period, trial availability, and included features, are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm the purchase.

Payments are charged to your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the offer terms will be displayed before purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the listed price. Unused portions of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Refund requests for Apple in-app purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

You are responsible for the information you enter into Ravzen, including water intake, goals, reminders, and wellness preferences. You agree to use the app lawfully and not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Premium features may change as the app evolves, but active subscriptions will continue to receive access to the subscription benefits then available for their plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravzen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ravi Gupta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, website, or subscription features.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
